ORDER OF AUCTION: All (10 TRACTS) will be offered individually. Bidders have the ability to bid on each tract throughout the auction. Tracts will remain open until all bidding has ceased at the close of auction.
PROPERTY INSPECTION: Property previews are encouraged prior to placing a bid in the auction. The property can be viewed by contacting the auction company at (877) 318-0438. There may be cattle on select tracts so keep all the gates closed while inspecting. Please do not drive on crops that may be present. Direct all questions to the auction company.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This auction has something for everyone. A wide variety of row crop farmland, pasture land, hunting and riverfront recreational property, and multiple building sites close to the town of Archie, Missouri. Cass County has a long reputation for agricultural production, cattle grazing and trophy whitetail and turkey hunting. These farms are all very close to the I-49 corridor and south Kansas City. TRACTS DESCRIPTION: 1,066+/- acres offered in (10 TRACTS), more specifically described as follows:
